The TMT2 body temperature scanner is a wall mounted face recognition terminal that reads a person’s temperature in 1–2 seconds, even when they’re wearing a mask. Each scan is stored in the unit’s software and can be integrated with existing networked access control systems to track health status and support contact tracing.
Designed for businesses and public venues, this wall mounted scanner combines infrared temperature detection with facial recognition to provide fast, contact free screening. Employees and visitors simply stand in front of the 7 inch display: within seconds the high precision IR sensor measures forehead temperature and displays the result while the camera verifies identity. The device logs each scan and can connect to a firm’s network for real time data integration or operate in stand alone mode. If a mask is required, the camera prompts users to wear one and can be linked to a magnetic door lock to deny entry until compliance. It also supports SDK and HTTP protocols (coming soon) for integration with third party systems. Optional pole and tripod mounts expand installation options, and email alerts are available.
